The roomservice is so slow and every time I call them, they are asking for cash instead of putting it into the room, so in the check out I’ll pay everything!! This is how it supposed to !! So please enhance your services

The duty manager Mr. Soliman is very responsive & cooperative to resolve some minor issues we had. A very respectful person.

The hotel is situated at a considerable distance from Tunis city center but is conveniently close to the airport, making it an ideal venue for weddings and conferences. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. However, the hotel offers limited dining options. We highly recommend the on-site Indian restaurant, which serves high-quality cuisine, though it is a bit pricey. Additionally, the café serves an excellent selection of local beer and coffee.

The hotel collaborates with local taxi drivers, charging a fixed 30 dinars per trip, which is overpriced. For a more affordable option, consider hailing a taxi on the street near the hotel instead.

The hotel is beautiful, the room is large, there is a small kitchen, the view is good, the food is nice and the hotel is large.

Disappointing

I was with my wife…they asked me of a proof of mariage They made me pay for another room It was ridiculous Honestly everything was ok execoct this part

Front desk manager Mr. Hayek was extremely helpful in resolving our issues. He went out of his way to help despite the hotel being fully booked.

No beach access but that was expected before making the booking

Our room was poor, old, and had no towels, cutlery, or kettle. However, the pool area and location were great.

This was my second time that I stayed in this Residence and I would go back for sure, excellent service and friendly staff....

The hospitality of all staff was excellent, great evening musician, stunning lobby & lounge area. Great to have a bank machine their too!

The room was showing some age and could use a few repairs, patio door doesn’t close well, shower head was loose, kitchen repairs.

The design of the hotel is nice and authentic, staff are great and attentive…Breakfast has good varieties,,,Our Room was spacious and outlooks a big garden, which we loved…

Hotel and rooms generally needs maintenance, painting and such…Location is a bit far, so it’s best to have a car with you.

We did like the food a lot. There are 3 restaurants. We only tried the Tunisian restaurant and it was very good.

The pools and gym are amazing! Good cleaning of the rooms each day. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Tunis.

The hotel hosts many events so there will be party music, people shouting and bonfires over weekends and sometimes during the week too. I was there 8 nights and 4 of them I could hear the loud music, people having arguments of merriment outside very loudly. One eve there was some kind of big argument and it literally sounded like they were taking down the door with how much banging there was. If you are a blonde light skinned woman you will get stared at by staff especially if you decide to wear a bikini to the pool or wear shorts in the day. Would not recommend getting coffee or booze at the hotel as it’s 10x more expensive than anything you get in la marsa.

After check in, in my hot room I couldn't contact reception or housekeeping etc by housephone because there was no explanation at all, had to go back to reception to complain, also for the a/c, when housekeeping arrived and it tpok a while he wrote down the numbers of reception, Housekeeping etc... there was no plan of the premises , I asked him for the health spa faciliites but they were under renovation, could use the one of the hotel .He showed me the way to the upper terrace swimming pool and told me how to go to the Residence Later in the eve when I took a bath realised there were no adequate towels had to call HK twice before I got finally towels.Very very poor Service

The staff in the restaurant. They are not friendly letting you feel that you are not welcome. It was not a pleasure to have breakfast there.

Spacious apartment, several swimming pools and bars

The furniture in the apartment was a bit old. We spent a few hours in one of the swimming pools and the staff didn't stop changing music and volume, which was too loud.

The place is very aesthetic and the studio that i stayed in was very clean and nice

I am a medical student and I mentioned that The pool has black mold on the sides and i told the reception and visited the pool the next day and it was the same i also got sick after going back home I wonder if it was the mold

Staff is very welcoming, the hotel is quiet.It was my first time in this hotel, definitely will come back again with my family. Thanks to the staff at the front desk & the guards
